Lisa + Ari: NYC E-Session in Central Park

I <3 NYC even if it has snow on the ground, crazy taxi drivers, honking horns, and windy cold alleys.  Yes, I’ve only been there twice now, but I have to say it’s an amazing city with tons of things to see, do, and EAT!!  So when Lisa and Ari booked me to come out and do their engagement session in New York, I couldn’t pass it up even if it was 40 degrees.  With Allison as my assistant, we headed out on Virgin America and met up with two of the nicest New Yorkers I’ve ever met.  🙂

We started in Central Park and with the size of it, probably could have stayed there all day.  But with a 3 hour session, we had to balance our time of photos, locations, and trying to stay warm.  🙂  We found fun rocks, amazing tunnels, and lagoons with ducks.  And this was just 1/8th of the park.  We decided to warm up in a Starbucks, as they pulled out their laptops, drank their coffee, and talked among themselves.  Then after a quick amazing dinner at Flor De Mayo, we headed to Time Square to get some fun night photos and couldn’t help but head to Grand Central Station for some last few “grand” opportunities.

It was a fun day, despite the harsh weather.  Lisa and Ari were perfect models and so much fun to talk to.  We could have walked around taking photos with them for 4 more hours if we had the time.  I was happy to come out and can’t wait to capture their wedding in July!  Thanks again!!!
